OEM installations are usually done for the customer who is not interested is seeing the actual equipment but is after the best sound and maintaining maximum space while keeping the products protected and totally unseen.
While some customers want the best of both worlds, seeing the equipment and possible to place luggage on top or keep stealth when required.
